Backstory
Ever Well Community Health was founded in 2020 with the goal of improving the quality of care that clients can receive. "Access to transportation" was identified as one of the biggest barriers to individuals receiving the mental health care they needed. The solution to that challenge was to meet clients where they were and remove the transportation issue from the equation. Ever Well Community Health was created as a community based agency with the intention to provide services to our clients in their homes, schools, and community spaces.

Ever Well has grown to over 75 employees who provide services to clients in 25 of Ohio's counties. Our offerings have expanded beyond the original Adult and Youth Outpatient programs. Clients can now enroll in our Monarch Family Support Program, Eagle Program (Developmental Disabilities), Comprehensive Wellness Management, Grief Support, Phoenix Parenting, and SUD Support program

Ever Well Community Health continues to grow to better meet the mental health needs of our communities. We are actively looking for new areas to expand our services to and address new challenges.
