Ever Well Community Health provides various services to children, adolescents, and adults that include: Therapeutic Behavioral Services, Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services, Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment, Behavioral Health Counseling, Mental Health Assessment, Treatment Planning, Medication Management (18+), and Nursing Services.
Work Location
At Ever Well Community Health we meet our clients where it works best for them. Whether it is at home, in school, at senior facilities, or other community locations, we meet our clients where they are. Staff will work remotely and make their own schedules, ensuring they provide the required services to their assigned clients.
